Product photographs are illustrative and packaging or appearance may change without notice.
Where analytical testing or a Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) is provided, the document applies to the batch or sample identified on that document. Analytical results should not be interpreted as a representation regarding suitability for human or veterinary use.
5. Proper Handling and Storage
Purchasers are responsible for possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and procedures appropriate for handling the products they purchase.
Customers are responsible for following any storage information provided with the product or on the website.
Trojan Labz is not responsible for degradation, contamination, damage, or loss resulting from improper storage, handling, transportation after delivery, or unauthorized use.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Trojan Labz reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including in circumstances involving:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- inventory errors;
- shipping restrictions;
- suspected violation of these Terms; or
- legal or regulatory concerns.
If Trojan Labz cancels an order after cleared funds have been received, any refund owed will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and Refund Policy.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for all applicable charges disclosed during checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
An order is not considered paid merely because it has been submitted through the website.
For cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency-settled payment methods, payment is considered complete only after the applicable payment service or blockchain transaction provides sufficient confirmation that the required funds were successfully received at the designated destination.
Trojan Labz will not fulfill an order for which payment cannot be verified.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been transferred to the applicable carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, government actions, or other circumstances outside Trojan Labz’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged shipments, missing items, and related claims are governed by the Trojan Labz Refund & Return Policy.
Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery and contact Trojan Labz within the period specified in that policy if there is a problem.
10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers should contact Trojan Labz before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate order problems.
Fraudulent chargebacks, knowingly false claims, or abuse of the payment dispute process may result in refusal of future orders and may be contested using applicable transaction, shipping, delivery, and customer communication records.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any dispute or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
